PTCL (Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited) bills combine several services on one invoice — landline rent and call charges, DSL or fibre broadband package fees, and sometimes IPTV — which is why the total can vary more than a typical utility bill.
What you need
Your 10-digit PTCL account or phone number, printed at the top of any previous bill. If you don’t have a paper bill handy, your active landline number usually works directly.
Step by step
- Open the PTCL bill check page on CitizenPay.pk.
- Choose the Internet tab and select PTCL.
- Enter your account or phone number and press Check bill.
- Review the amount, due date and status — nothing is charged at this step.
