We use SSL/TLS encryption on every page, mask consumer names on lookup results, and never share your reference numbers with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I paid my bill but it still shows unpaid — why?

Electricity Bills
Which electricity companies (DISCOs) does CitizenPay.pk support?
All ten distribution companies — LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO and TESCO — plus K-Electric for Karachi.
Where do I find my 14-digit reference number?
It is printed near the top of any previous electricity bill and stays the same every month. K-Electric uses a 13-digit account number instead.
How do I get a duplicate electricity bill?
CitizenPay.pk shows your current amount, due date and status online so you rarely need a paper duplicate. For an official duplicate/reprint, visit your DISCO's customer service centre with your CNIC and reference number.
