Why we built this
Every month, millions of Pakistanis stand in queues, wait for paper bills that arrive late, or pay avoidable late-payment surcharges simply because they didn't know a due date. Meanwhile the information they need — bill amounts, reference numbers, due dates — already exists in the systems of utility companies and government departments.
CitizenPay.pk brings that information into one clean, bilingual place. Whether it's a LESCO electricity bill in Lahore, an SNGPL gas bill in Peshawar, a vehicle token tax in Multan or a traffic challan in Karachi, our goal is the same: show you exactly what you owe, when it's due, and how to pay it — in plain English and Urdu.
What we do
- Bill checking guides for all ten electricity distribution companies, K-Electric, both gas companies (SNGPL and SSGC), and water authorities.
- Step-by-step help for finding your reference number, understanding surcharges and arrears, and avoiding disconnection.
- Reminders and saved bills for registered users, so due dates are never missed.
- Guides to government fees — passport fees, CNIC fees, token tax, property tax and more.
What we are not
We are an independent information portal, not a government department, and not affiliated with any utility company. Bill amounts should always be confirmed against your official bill or the issuing department's own system before payment. Where our portal links to payment options, payments are processed by authorised, licensed payment providers.
