We are not a government website and are not owned, operated or endorsed by NEPRA, OGRA, PTA, any DISCO, SNGPL, SSGC, PTCL or any other utility company or government department, unless explicitly stated on a specific page.
We do not process payments

That redirect destination — not CitizenPay.pk — handles your payment, your card or bank details, and issues your official payment receipt.
Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to keep bill-checking guides, reference-number formats and step-by-step instructions accurate and current. However, tariffs, surcharges, due dates and procedures are set solely by the issuing utility companies and can change without notice. Always confirm the exact amount, due date and consumer details against your official bill or the utility company's own system before making a payment.

CitizenPay.pk accepts no liability for losses, surcharges, disconnections or other consequences arising from reliance on information displayed on this site, from delays or errors in third-party payment gateways, or from outages of any utility company's own systems that our guides refer to.
