Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026. By using CitizenPay.pk you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

CitizenPay.pk is an independent, privately operated information and facilitation portal. We are not a government website and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government department, utility company or regulator, unless expressly stated on a specific page.

2. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep guides, amounts and procedures accurate and current, but fees, tariffs, due dates and procedures are set by the issuing departments and can change without notice. Bill amounts shown by any checker must be confirmed against your official bill or the issuing company's own system before payment. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on information from this site.

3. Use of the service

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or security violations. You can delete your account at any time via the contact page.

5. Payments

Where payment options are offered, payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers under their own terms. Any convenience fee is displayed clearly before you confirm. Refunds for a payment made in error follow the policy of the payment provider and the receiving department; we will assist you in raising the request.

6. Advertising

This site displays third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). Advertisers are responsible for their own content, and an advertisement does not imply our endorsement.

7. Intellectual property

The design, guides and original content of CitizenPay.pk belong to us. Company names such as LESCO, MEPCO, SNGPL, SSGC and K-Electric are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services described.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed due dates, surcharges, disconnections or losses arising from reliance on information on this site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
